Weird, but Yum :)

I discovered this by accident one day when all I had for lunch was Fage greek yogurt and what I thought would be some nasty sugar-free drink mix.

I love greek yogurt, so it wasn't a total tragedy, but Fage 0 (fat-free) is something that, while delicious, I just can't eat by itself. I've got to have some honey and almonds or berries or something.

So, feeling equal parts creative and desperate, I tore open my little Ocean Spray sugar-free blueberry lemonade packet and watched as the rosy fairy dust melted into my fluffy white yogurt. As I stirred, the yogurt went from plain to pink. Continuing to stir, the odd concoction began to take the form of some sort of beautiful, Barbie-esque custard.

And the moment of truth was no let down. It really was as sweet and delicious as it looked. The lemonade part added a kick of tang, which actually works well with the yogurty heaviness.

Tra la!! A sweet 120 calorie treat is born!

Today I added some blueberries to the mix and it makes it even better!

Yes it's weird, but aren't all the best things in life a little strange??
